Attempts to gain entry to vehicles in ROTHWELL.

Dear Resident

We are appealing for information after a person(s) has been spotted trying door handles frequently around Rothwell.

This tends to be early hours of the morning and the suspect appears to try car door handles to gain entry and take items from within.

If you or anyone you know has had this happen and they haven't already, please could this be reported or reply to this message with a time/date it occurred so we can take action to stop this from reoccurring.

Did you witness anything? Did you see anyone or any vehicle(s) in the area that looked suspicious? If so, then please contact Northamptonshire Police on 101.  Alternatively you can report online here.

There are some simple but effective things you can do to help protect your vehicle/bike:

Secure your bike by looping a cable lock through the front wheel and then through a Sold Secure® Gold standard D lock or chain. Then attach bike to a bike stand or immovable object with the lock  Sold Secure - Security Product Testing & Approval
